For example, if you, as the agent, want to find all buyers that have searched for homes for sale in [INSERT CITY HERE] above $1,000,000, you can easily search and find those contacts using ‘Envoy Filters’.

Filters, however, are only going to consider the most recent data a contact has searched to help limit the results to contacts who are actively using your website to search for homes. Thus, filters ONLY consider activity within the past 90 days.

This helps you, as the agent, to focus your time and energy on buyers who most need your assistance.
