What can you access in the Contact Info Tab?

If you have a dsAgentReach Pro account, you will have the History section. Here you will see a history on your contact including any emails that were sent or any actions that have been taken with them. You can add to the history by giving it a title, choosing which kind of interaction it was and filling in the details, then click “Add”.

What about Notes:

You can also add any notes about your contact here. Notes are similar to History but not necessarily a recording of interaction between you and the contact.

Upcoming Cards:

If your contact is a part of any campaigns that you have set up, you will see a list of all Marketing Emails coming to your contact in the next 30 days.

Sent Cards:

This is a recorded list of all the Marketing Emails, either from campaigns or just regular Marketing Emails that have been sent to your contact. You can click on the title of the Marketing Email to see a preview of it. You can also see when the Marketing Email was sent and how many times the contact has viewed that particular Marketing Email.
