Here’s a neat feature, you can attach emails to your Contact’s History, or attach Files to your Contacts by using your own Secret email (provided in your Control Panel). For example, if you’re sending an email to a client, simpy Bcc your Secret address, and the email will be automatically attached to your Contact in AgentReach. If you want to forward emails, or even send files to a certain contact simply Forward the email to your Secret address. To make sure your files and emails get to the correct contact make sure you put the email, first name, last name in the first line of the email body.

Here’s a tip! Add a contact in your Email Application named “AgentReach” and give it your special email address. That way you can easily send email to it.
