Just as you can Import Contacts into your database, you can Export Contacts. To do so, perform the following steps:

• Log into your Control Panel,
• Hover over dsSearchAgent >> Click on “Contacts”
• Click “Start Exporting Now”

You can: Filter By User

• Choose which user to export contacts from,
• The Broker Account can export contacts from any account
• Agent Accounts can only export contacts from their own individual account

You can: Filter By Group

• Choose which group to export contacts from (not required)

You can: Filter By Status

• Choose which status to export contacts from (not required)

You can: Filter By Tag

• Choose which tags to export contacts from (not required)

You can: Filter By Date Added

• Choose the date range to export contacts from (not required)

Once you have chosen all of your appropriate filters, all you have to do is hit “Export Now” and you’re all set!
