If you have a dsAgentReach Pro-Broker Account with Lead Management and are logged into the Broker’s Account, you will see that the dashboard page reads Broker Panel at the top. This is because the Broker’s Account can see the dashboard for any account. They have a drop-down menu to choose whose account they are viewing.
This tab shows all of the activity in your account.
This is a more detailed contact search than the Quick Contact Search. Basically, you can search for contacts by many different criteria including dates added, any fields default or that you specifically added and even IDX criteria. If you have a Pro-Broker with Lead Management account and you are using the Broker’s Account, then you have a field called “Contact Owner” that can be searched by. This will allow you to search all of the contacts or just ones for a specific user.
If you have a ProBroker with Lead Management account and are using any of your accounts you also have the ability to search by “Only Search Leads”, “Only Un-Contacted Leads” and “Only New Leads”.
Only contacts marked as “Leads” will show up here. These are the latest leads added to your account over the last week.
Only contacts marked as “Leads” will show up here. These are the leads that have not had any contact in their “history”.
Only contacts marked as leads will show up here. These are the top 10 most active leads according to their “History”.
Only contacts marked as “Leads” will show up here. These are all of your Starred leads.
This tab shows the Contact/Lead Activity this week in a line graph. It also shows Contacts in each Custom Status in a pie chart.
