Through Custom Links, you can create a link to a subset, or all, of the properties in your MLS defined by specific search parameters. You can then use this link to send to your customers, or even use it on your website. Agents use this in a variety of ways:

• To use a Map Module that hi-lights the listings associated with your Agent (or Office) ID,
• To create a landing page to share Foreclosures & REO properties only,
• To create a Home Search page that shows the listings associated with your Agent ID first,

To create a Custom Link, perform the following steps:

• Log into your Control Panel,
• Hover over dsSearchAgent >> Click on “Links”

Here, you’ll see an icon on the right for creating a Custom Link, click it.

Once there, you can build a link using all sorts of different criteria:

• Adjust the Map View,
• Set Fields,
• Filter by Property Types,
• Filter by Features
