The “My Listings” section of your Control Panel is only meant for you to correct any mapping mistakes with the listings associated with your Agent ID and your Office ID. If it reads:
“Either your MLS Member ID is associated with no listings, or your Member ID isn’t set on your account. Please contact your Customer Support Representative to fix this problem.”
You can contact our Support Team at: 877.348.7654 ext. 1 or support (at) diversesolutions (dot) com to make sure that we have your correct Agent and Office ID in your Account. The properties associated with your Agent ID are bolded. All others are your Office’s Properties.
To edit the mapping of one of your listings, click on either the property marker on the map for it or click on its address in the list on the left. Then, click ” Begin Editing” and then drag the marker with your mouse to the desired location. You can zoom in and out using the zoom controls at the top left. When you stop dragging the marker, you can choose to cancel the move, keep moving the marker, or save your changes. Once you have it on the correct location hit “Save Current Location”. Once you’ve saved your changes, the corresponding markers on the main IDX will be immediately updated.
