Editing / Adding your Agent ID for WordPress IDX

Here are various ways to edit/add your Agent ID to feature listings on WordPress IDX with Diverse Solutions.
- General Settings:
- IDX Pages Filters:
- Log into your WordPress admin
- Hover over ‘IDX Pages’ in the left menu.
- Find the page you wish to edit or add a new page.
- Scroll down to the ‘IDX Data Filters’ section at the bottom.
- To edit an existing Agent ID: Look for the ‘Listing Agent ID’s’ tag on the bottom right & click it.
- To add an Agent ID: On the right, Look for the ‘Listing Agent ID’s’ tag in the drop down menu & select it.
- Change/update/add your Agent ID.
- Click ‘Update this Filter’.
- Save/publish your page.
- Pages Shortcodes:
- Log into your WordPress admin
- Go to Pages or IDX Pages in the left menu.
- Find the page you wish to edit or add a new page.
- To edit an existing Agent ID:
- Within the content of that page, find the ‘shortcode’ that looks like this: [idx-listings agentid=”123456″]
- Simply edit the number of your Agent ID in the shortcode to correct it careful not to remove any other characters
- To add an Agent ID:
- Save/publish your page.
- Custom Links:
- If you have a link on your site that looks like this:
http://www.AgentDomain.com/idx/?idx-q-ListingAgentID<0>=12345 - You will need to edit that link and update the Agent ID within the link itself on your website.
