How To Set Up Alerts

With dsAgentReach Lead Management, you can configure alerts to be sent to your cell phone when events happen within your account. In order to configure the alerts, you will need to first verify your cell phone. Where do you do this in your Control Panel?

  1. Log into your Control Panel,
  2. Hover over dsAgentReach >> Click on “Profile”

Once there, you’ll want to scroll to the section that reads “Alerts”. There you’ll want to¬†enter your cell phone number in the box below, select your service carrier from the drop down list, and click “Send Verification SMS.” You should receive a text message with a verificaiton code to the phone number you entered within just a few minutes. Once you enter the code in the box that appears, click “Verify” and you should see the available alerts.
