You can Import and Export Contacts straight from your Control Panel. To do so, log into your Control Panel, hover over dsSearchAgent and click on “Contacts.” Once there, you’ll see an option below that reads “Start Importing Now” and/or “Start Exporting Now”.

Importing Contacts

To start importing contacts into your Diverse Solutions CRM, click on “Start Importing Now.” You need to have your contacts in a CSV file. You also need to make sure that all of the fields that you have in your CSV file are fields you have in your contacts. So, here are the steps:

  1. Click “Start Importing Now”
  2. Click “Browse” and find your file and then hit “import”
  3. Match up the fields in your contacts (left) with the fields in your CSV file (the dropdowns on the right)
  4. If you have dsAgentReach Pro with Lead Management you can choose to make the contacts leads or not

Once done, you’ll be taken to a page to let you know the contacts have been imported.

Exporting Contacts

To start exporting contacts from your Diverse Solutions CRM, click on “Start Exporting Now.” You can filter by User, Group, Status, Tag  and Date Added. Once you’ve chosen your filters, hit “Export Now” and you’re all set.
